FUN FACT: OUR CUSTOMER WARNED US THAT HE HAD ORDERED A SKETCH IN SEVERAL ARCHITECTURAL WORKSHOPS IN MOSCOW. BUT HE DID NOT DISCLOSE EXACTLY WHICH HE ORDERED. AND YOU KNOW WHAT? I ALREADY SAW TWO COLLEAGUES’ PROJECTS WITH "HOUSE IN PENZA" IN THE FIRST LINE OF THE DESCRIPTION.
We also have a lot of ideas with a garage, residential floor plans and a bunch of other interesting things. But I would like to draw attention to the fact that in this project we have planned the customer's life from one day to decades ahead.

We settled on accent lighting in the roof filing, which emphasizes the building's geometry.
The use of the "French Christmas tree" on one of the pylons with a number of missing plates that form through holes is a direct reference to Art Deco in interiors.

Our project, I think, is quite competitive. I don't feel ashamed of it. We used developments in modern architecture and introduced our own interior solutions.
